• All products sold are Genuine.

• Products once sold cannot be exchanged for another product or refunded.

• Refund is only applicable if the purchased item is in an unsellable condition or an error has been made on pricing — a refund will be made in full within 14 working days.

• Warranty terms and conditions will be according to each brand’s terms as per the warranty card/booklet provided with each product.

• All product will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days of receiving the order. Depending on the location the delivery can vary between 1 to 7 days.

• We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
